I used the meeting room and it was perfect. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
This was my third stay at Hilton Garden Inn Denton. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant has been really good too. Even though it is near the freeway, I don't hear traffic noise in the room. This is my choice of where to stay when visiting my favorite college student. I've tried 3 other hotels but this Hilton is the best one for me.
While everyone was super friendly, I have to call out Lucy for going above and beyond by helping us get out of the ice this morning. Like a fool we didn't straighten our wheels when we parked but like a pro, Lucy got us out and now we're on our way home! We are in her debt so the least we could do was commend her for saving our butts! Thank you Lucy!
Average hotel experience. Too bad you don't get a free breakfast in the morning. I couldn't even find the coffee carafes you expect at a Hilton.
We did a room block for my Daughter's wedding and Jessica was so helpful with the setup and answering all my questions quickly and with a smile. The hotel location was great and it was so clean. The breakfast the next morning was fresh, hot and delicious and the servers were wonderful. They were so friendly and attentive. Other than the fire alarms going off accidentally in the morning, everything was great. I would highly recommend it!
Our daughter's family, my husband and I stayed at the Hilton in Denton, TX for a family wedding. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had two small children with us so we enjoyed the pool and common areas that allowed us to spread out and let the kids play and wander. And we loved the fruit water in the lobby. A nice touch. The staff I worked with to arrange the room block were helpful, responsive and professional. Overall is was a wonderful, relaxing and accommodating place for our family to stay for the wedding.
The hotel has roof repair going on while I was there. Noise started about 8am and stopped about 5:30-6pm. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The room was great. The location loses a star because of highway noise. The room was on the front of the building facing the highway. Next trip the room will be on the back. Nothing outrageous but road noise was heard through the night.
Absolutely LOVE this hotel. The staff here are amazing!! The ladies love to EW and AW over our baby girl, Nova. We always get the breakfast and the staff of ladies who serve are the best!! The hotel is so clean and smells amazing. The rooms are great, beds so comfy, the pool is nice and warm and also big! My husband works weekends in Denton and this is our go to place from her on out!
